ORDER TRACKING

To track the status of your order, enter your Order ID and email address in the fields below. Your Order ID can be found in your order confirmation email, and your email address should be the billing email address you used during checkout.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

STATUS
  • PROCESSING: Your order is being processed and has not been dispatched yet
  • ON HOLD: Awaiting payment or stock is reduced and we need to confirm payment
  • COMPLETED: Your order has been dispatched
  • CANCELLED: Cancelled by us or you
  • REFUNDED: Your order has been fully or partially refunded
  • FAILED: Payment failed or was declined by the card issuer
