- What date/time the problem occurred
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR SHOPPING BASKET
If products disappear from your shopping basket, this is most likely because you are using your internet browser’s ‘back’ button instead of using one of the options on the product page, e.g. Continue Shopping or View Basket.
